Photo Gallery?

Have any of you guys had trouble logging into the Photo Gallery? It's where I post pictures that I want to share with you guys. I've got a cool one to post, but I can't log into my account. It says I'm not registered when I try and recover my password. Then when I try and register, it tells me I'm already registered.
