Photo developing in WDW

I read that actual film developing has went away in WDW but you can g et your digitial cards switched to cd's. From what I read this was only available in the parks, and it did not give price ranges. Is this still available in the parks only? How about any resorts? and does anyone know a price range?
I think this will come in handy instead of carrying several cards around.

Downloading pics to CD can be done at the camera centers in each of the 4 theme parks. Cost is $12 per CD, limit 120 images per CD.

If you have a car, you can also have your pics downloaded at any of the local Walgreens stores in the WDW area. Cost there is only $3 per CD for as many pics as the CD will hold.

I do advise you to have at least two memory cards, however, just in case something goes wrong with one of them.
