DSNY4ever - We're still waiting to receive more details and instructions on the trip, but when we go, I'll definitely do a trip report.
As I mentioned, we wen to some extreme lengths to recruit and motivate voters, and one was a promise that I would dance down the streets of our town singing Let It Go at the top of my lungs and post it to YouTube. If we won by a lot (and Pete mentioned we won by 500ish votes) I would dress up like Elsa. Since people were so awesome I went ahead and did a full recording of the song and really ham it up. Disrev -- What an absolutely amazing story! Congratulations!!! Your story made me cry and then laugh out loud - I remember The Sick Show and Pete's coffee rant! While I can't say I understand exactly how you feel, I do understand that the Dis team can seem to get us through some pretty tough spots with laughter. I'm very happy for you and your family.

Hey everyone,
Photo Contest winner here! The family loads up in the minivan tomorrow to head out from Northern Indiana to the World to "claim our prize." We'll be staying 7 days/6 nights at Art of Animation!
After that, we added on a week at an offsite resort out of our own pocket. Our kids are so ridiculously excited. My wife and I are feel so ridiculously blessed!

Anyway, just wanted to let you all know that Pete and crew are not only people of their word, but they were beyond fantastic in working with my family of 5 (2 adults, 2 kids, 1 infant) to make the prize trip work despite originally only being a "free trip for four."

I've never done a trip report before, but may likely do one this time around. if so, I'll point a link.
