I love this photo of Tara playing in the interactive fountains in DTD. First, I love the way the water looks, and second because she was just having SOOOOO much fun! I love to see her laugh!

Floating in the pool at night....at the wonderful resort of Casa de Kasper (aka out house!)!

LOL - does frozen water count???? This was our last winter in PA, and the snow storm that made me realize I didn't want to spend another winter there!

Hey, I've been on that battleship before. We visited Norfolk a few years ago, what a beautiful place, do they still have all of those weird looking mermaids around the battle ship area?

Well, there's one mermaid by the entrance to Nauticus (the building you walk through to get onto the Battleship) and there are mermaids all around the city, including a few by the Waterside Marketplace. I can't stand them because I think they're ugly, but most visitors get a kick out of them. My mom LOVES them (still lives in Upstate NY where I grew up).

I live within walking distance of the battleship. I took a really long walk yesterday and took pictures all around the area- got some good shots!

Here's one I took yesturday a little before dusk. Not really much to work with as it was low tide and overcast and no color in the sky. But I got out the tripod and took a few shots anyway. ISO 200, 1 second shutter at f/22. I have a few others, but right now I'm having issues with downloading. Will try more tomorrow.

This is called Broad Cove. Across the street from my parents house in a little village around Cape Cod called Onset.
