Does each cabin have a phone? Can you leave messages on the phone from courtsey phones elsewhere on the ship?

I am still debating on allowing my DD12 sign out privileges. If I do I thought this would be a great way of communicating. I really don't want to carry the radios around.

As always THANKS!! you guys are the best!!

Yes....all cabins do have a phone in them and you can leave a message to your cabin phone from the courtesy phones.

Ditch the radios. Our DD9 had check-out privledges with no problems whatsoever. When she would check-out, the counselors would always leave us a text message on our pager stating where she would be (and that was one of our conditions to get the priviledge). She would usually hang out with cousins and "new" friends either at the Mickey or Family Pools, Scoops, or catch a movie in the Buena Vista Theatre. Sometime she would just go back to our Stateroom. We were never dissapointed.

P.S. - There are house phones in most public areas on the ship, outside bars and restaurants, including each elevator landing for forward, mid-ship, and aft elevators. If I remember correctly, you dial "7" then your stateroom number to ring your stateroom phone.
