Phone wait times

I know Disney hold times are usually long, but I had to call the existing tickets line today, (407) 934-7639, and got a "all circuits are busy" message this morning and this afternoon.

Anyone else have some either extraordinarily long or extraordinarily short wait times lately?

Best time of day to call is, I assume, kind of like the wait times in the park - first thing in the morning or just before close?

I got on about 1/2 hour ago. They said a 10 minute wait Still on hold

Yes to all. At 10 am Eastern today it said 2 hour wait - took 2.5 hours for them to answer and tell me no availability for what I was requesting LOL

A few weeks ago, I was told 2 hours, waited 4, then gave up. I think if you are requesting $ (ticket problems etc) you will have a longer wait time than if you are trying to give them money (hotel reservations). When I called to reserve a hotel the other day I waited about 5 minutes.

Summer offers dropped yesterday which is filling up many of their systems as people try to secure discounted vacations.

I’ve been looking online and have been waiting (but never more than a minute or 2). Hadn’t experienced that in a while.
