Phone # to check on AP...5-3-05 still not here

I bought an AP on line for my friend MAY 3 and it still is not here. Is there a phone # we can call to check on it? I sent an email last night. My pass came in a week. She has been getting the run around all day. Thanks

Can anyone tell me how long their AP vocher took to arrive from teh WDW online ticket store?

I got mine pretty quick, no longer than 2 weeks. I still have the letter that came with mine. It has this info at the bottom:
Walt Disney World Ticketing
PO Box 10140
Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830

Monday- Friday-- 8:30am -4-4:45 pm EST
Saturday- 8:00am - 4:15 pm EST

My dh ordered his first. It arrived in just a couple of days. He ordered mine 2 days later (Don't ask why???). The voucher never arrived. Fortunately, everything was ok in the WDW computer. We had no problem picking up our vouchers. Actually, it didn't take any longer to buy our children's when we picked-up our passes. (We weren't sure if we were going to buy passes for them.)
