I recall seeing a phone number a while back one could call to check the remaining number of days on a hopper pass, can anyone direct me to this phone number? I believe it was different then the normal ticket sales phone number.

Never tried a phone number, but I've always had the impression it was something you had to do at the resort (any hotel or park). I know the Disney Stores cannot help (which is such a pain since they sell the tickets).

yep, I was under the exact same impression but I know I ran across a phone number a year or so ago on the boards and now cant find it :headache:

I had the same situation. I called WDW and they said I have to bring my KTTW cards to the hotel and have them scanned there to tell me how many days we have left. Bummer.

Good news... I found the info from May 08'...

(407) 566-4985.

Called the number this evening but they were closed, only open till 430. Guess I will try again tomorrow!

Scottie --- Please let us all know if you were successful in finding out the information from this phone number. I, too, thought that you could only do this on property.

To have days checked on tickets, you are required to present your tickets at any park ticket window, Guest relations, or resort concierge. You may be asked for ID, so be prepared with it. Disney requires you to be present in front of a live person to have your days checked to verify that you are in fact the owner of the tickets. I'm not quite sure how long this policy has been in effect, but those are the current rules.

The Disney Store cannot check tickets because they do not have access to the Disney ticketing system. They get their tickets in bulk from Disney and then sell them as a 3rd party. A lot of non-Disney resorts and timeshares in Orlando do the same thing.

Getting leftover ticket details over the phone is officially discontinued, having ended something like 6 months ago. Actually that phone-in procedure was temporary, having run just a year or two before that.

They'll tell you over the phone if the ticket is "still valid", namely has something remaining on it but not how many days.

Also, only park (or Downtown Disney) ticket locations are reliable; sometimes the information when requested at a resort is inaccurate.

I have called the number but as seashore cm said, they can only tell you if the ticket is still valid, not how many days it has on it, waste of a phone call for me since I knew how many days I had on my ticket since I marked the ticket with a sharpie each day that I used it. I was just curious to see that I was correct, I am rather anal in some ways! I really just wanted to hear "you have 3 days left, hope to see you soon"!

I'm just curious why they will no longer give you information on your days left? I think discontinuing this ability is nonsense. In fact this should be something guests could do on their website. JMO

The reason is that it makes It harder to sell used tickets. If there was a simple to check how many days are left it makes it easier to sell them.

True but if I am depending on 3 tickets having 1 day left on them I would like to know that BEFORE I spend the money on a resort, travel, etc then get there and realize that the tickets are useless. There needs to be a better way to check tickets then for a person (say me) to travel over 1,000 miles to do so.

I agree. Plus they key each ticket to your fingerprint so resell should not be their argument. Not to mention I paid for them I should be able to know what is on them. I wrote the days left in pen...but it came off. Oops.

The whole system for the multi-day ticket is frustrating. If I can't call about my tickets then everytime I use them I should get a receipt stating the date and remaining number of days to help keep up with it.
