Phone tips for ADRs??

I'd like to make ADRs today, but dont want to sit on hold!! Any tips???

Call around 6pm, we have a bunch of agents who start at 5pm so by 6pm it is usually slow.

about 10 min ago. I was on hold for maybe 12 seconds. This is my 3rd call to make ADR's & I've never waited more than a few seconds.

anyway, I don't think it is ever that busy. I have called many times and not had to wait more then a few seconds. I always seem to get someone right away! Good Luck!!

I've called about half-a-dozen times this past month...never waited more than a minute.
