Phone Reservations!

I called Disney Reservations to cancel my 2 day reservation I tried to add on
and was on hold so long they had me taking the survey before I ever talked to anyone. Of course I answer with all 5's (dissatisfied). and when I was done I was disconnected!!!! Great customer service!

remember when it was toll free and people were nice...now you have to call a few times before you hit a nice one, and if I here that survey request one more time

Wow i've never held more than 3 minutes, if that. There is a toll-free number which is 800-828-0228 if you ever gotta make a new reservation, add/remove a day, inquire about your ressie or make ADR's.

IU couldn't believe you have to call a 407 number then they want you to take a 5 minute survey on your dime. I am glad to hear they have an 800 number although I haven't seen it advertised anywhere! Thanks , I think I will recheck my dining ressies to make sure they didn't delted them when I had them change the date of my trip.

anyone ever get someone in a call center in florida? I always get someone from Ohio, Iowa, never even close to Florida.

You can always "pretend" to be calling from a rotary phone....don't punch any buttons, and pretty soon a human voice appears.
