Phone interview after auditions

Has anyone ever done a phone interview after auditioning? This is for a seasonal position and I auditioned and then they called to set up a phone interview. (I don't live in the Disney area right now). I'm kind of curious about what it involves because when I auditioned for the CP I did the interview before the auditions and they asked me questions to determine if I was a good candidate for attending an audition. But that's not really neccesary this time. Is this more just to determine that I'm not an axe murderer or completly socially inept? Like are they just going to cover stuff like the Disney look and time and attendence or is it an actual interview? No one at the audition interviewed us or anything of that nature.
