I made my initial booking with my pin using the number on the postcard, I did have to punch my pin code in followed by #. I called back to see about switching resorts but I called the 1800 #, they told me there was no availability for the resort in question (this is for Dec) - do you have to call back the # posted on the postcard only if you've booked using pin/code? Just wondering if there is a difference on the lines for availability etc.. If so I may try again!!!

With the amount of confusion that Disney has regarding this current round of codes - I would not think that we could even begin to guess what you need to do.

I would try every option youhave available - but especially calling the same number you used to book originally.

I just want to wish you good luck! I really hope you get the resort you wanted. Keep us posted.
