phone calling cards @ reasonable $$

Looking for reasonably priced calling cards that kids can use in the resort room to call friends at home. Don't want to use the cell phones minutes. And calling long distance from the resort room phones is expensive.


Anyone found these calling cards reasonably anywhere?

I've got one that I bought at Sam's Club several years ago, I just keep refilling it as needed. The cost per minute goes down based on how many minutes you buy, I think that I usually pay under 3 cents per minute with it.

I think it's pretty much the same as this card from Walmart

There is a surcharge from pay phones and in state calls cost more than out of state calls (but that varies by state)

The cards sold at any of the membership warehouse clubs seem to offer the best overall value.

Also check-out Target's weekly ad -- they seem to have the AT&T card on sale every few months or so.

If your trip isn't imminent, definitely watch for the AT&T cards to go on sale at Target. Usually it's the $20 (300 minutes) for $10 or the $30 (600 minutes) for $15. One card might be adequate for the entire family--particularly the 600 minutes card.

I was going to post the same thing. Sam's Club is really cheap or Target & their AT&T deal are what we usually buy. We don't belong to Sam's anymore but I've still been able to refill the card.

Costco usually has cards with 700 minutes on them for under $20. Hope this helps and you have a great trip
