I've copied down the numbers to call my dd from my cell on our next trip!

Kinda makes me want to call one of the numbers now, see if someone picks up, and ask how they are enjoying Epcot!! That would be a good facebook post.

Happens all the time.

Don't know how long they will keep these phones with "incoming numbers."

Many pay-phones these days do not have "incoming numbers."

We called all 3 phones when we at Epcot in Nov. We stayed where we could see the phones, but people couldn't see us. No one would pick up though. They just looked at the phones with a surprised look on their faces and walked away laughing.

Thanks to someone here on the DIS, I had these numbers during our trip last October. As we were walking through the UK, I stood back from the group and called the center phone. My younger cousin picked up and was totally shocked that "Mary Poppins" was calling to speak with her!
