We'd love to hear about the recent experiences, good or bad, while leaving your car in parking facilities at or near Philadelphia airport.

We used Wally Park last year with a groupon and it was a fantastic experience-they picked us up immediately and loaded our luggage on the mini-bus and whisked us away to the airport. Upon return, they picked us up minutes from when we called. It was great. The "problem" for us now is no groupon so far......they are quite expensive compared to other parking facilities.

We were wondering how others have done with Park and Jet and Central AirPark or others too. (Yes, I did read MANY reviews online about many parking places. There are many reviews that are at least 3+ years old and I am wondering about experiences within the past year.)

Thanks so much! :)

Do you have AAA? Wally Park has a AAA discount. They are worth the extra money, IMO. I've had bad experiences with other lots and loath that PPA lot.:sad2:

We are planning to use Preflight based on reviews! The price isn't bad if you pre-pay! Our pre-pay quote is $117.00 for 10 days!

Winner Airport Parking. They drive you to the airport in your car & bring your car to the airport when you return. I've used them for about 9 years & have had excellent service each time. They run online specials all the time. Rates are typically around $9-$10/day.

We have used the parking spot and they usually have a coupon for about 7.95/day.

DO NOT USE PARK N JET!!! Resist the Groupon - they are the worst. Not nearly enough vans operating at any time... multiple pass you by completely full. Plus very rude on the phone when they even bother to answer. And the lot itself is in terrible shape... badly graded gravel. Pay a few more dollars and park anywhere else... you'll thank me later.

Another endorsement for Winner Parking. We've used them for the past 8 or 9 years. A driver hops in the car and drops us at the airport and then picks us up at baggage claim when we get home. (You have to pay a little extra for "valet service" for them to pick you up at baggage claim.) I find coupons on-line. Not sure they're the least expensive option, but we've enjoyed excellent service and convenience.

Don't know which direction you're coming from to PHL, but, we drive down 476 to 95 from the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre area. We get on 95 N where 476 ends and get off at the Essington exit (don't remember the exit number) which is south of the airport, go about 1/2 mile to Industrial Highway, turn left on Industrial Highway, go maybe another 1/2 mile to Colonial Airport Park on the right. We've been using them several times a year for the past 8 or 9 years, never had a problem. It's self park (although I seem to remember they now have valet if you choose...we don't like valet so I've never looked into it) secure lot.....completely fenced with gated entrance. They have a free shuttle continuously thru their parking lot to the airport terminals. When you return from your trip, just call their toll free number and tell them which terminal you need to be picked up....they're usually there within 10 minutes....I think we waited a little longer only one time. They do have a website...don't remember the web address, but, just google it. They always have a coupon on the website.....I believe w/coupon it's about $8 per day.

We have used Preflight for years with no issues. They always have a coupon on their website and the frequent parker program has worked out great for us.

We love Express Park North. They have a website and coupons. Outside parking but very secure, super pleasant staff. When you park a van pulls up and you hop right in. It's one of the cheapest too.

I've used Winner and have loved it except the last time, but it wasn't Winner's fault. A road to get to them was closed and I didn't know my way around it in a less than desirable neighborhood with children in car seats at 4am for an early morning flight. Granted, this was a couple years ago. Has anyone used them lately and how is getting there?

An update to my original post:

We were delighted to find a Wally Park groupon yesterday! We had put a lot of time into researching the places you had shared and were seriously considering trying one. We were especially thankful for the reply that said 'don't do it-don't buy the Park and Jet". We were going to try that one because they had a groupon but you talked us out of it. Thanks everyone! :thumbsup2

I love Wally Park! And that Groupon is a great deal. Have a great trip!

I used them in November, and there weren't any problems getting there. Guess the road closure issue was resolved!
