Phineas and Ferb birthday food ideas

So with our son's birthday 9 days before Christmas we have always had a themed party. Decorations, food, cake, present and the whole nine yards (under $100) P&F is his all time favorite show.

So we need food ideas. We are just stumped. He wants this cake.

sandwiches - Candice made some for the caveman show
Any kind of snack - Linda(mom) is always making them a snack at the of the show.
