Heck, I'm not about the running hardly at all. I'm here to make an a** of myself.
Mission accomplished daily!
Man, you SAID IT!

Yay Do Do! (Is that what we should call you now?)
.
. Don't sweat it, I'm sure you did fine! When do you find out if you get the job
?Um, no, that's ok, but somehow i don't think that I'll have a choice?

!! You're really lucky to have such a great support team
. Fingers crossed and please keep us updated.
. As for the time goal, you'll definitely beat it
. I swear the only reason I ran a 4:29 at Grandma's last June (seems like a lifetime ago
) was because I told Colleen I would. You're more than ready to meet your goal
. Just be sure to mind the taper!
Thanks for checking in
for the 8 miles tomorrow. I've got a lot of self-imposed drama going on again so we'll see
. On second thought, I may appreciate the time out of the house

For finding good news out about the job.
for your run. Don't worry, I have every intention of having a nice three week taper.
(by a bird, in case that wasn't clear) It's only funny because it didn't happen to me.
Chester and Howard - hi! I look forward to meeting you both next weekend.
I can't believe the final countdown is on for your school!! Congrats!
, you guys are gonna have so much FUN!

Clearly I should have gotten myself together a little earlier.
I'll check back in this afternoon. Trying to stay positive, but I don't have a great feeling about this run
! I ran 7 miles and then walked/hobbled home for the last mile but I am feeling okay now so I'll consider it a victory
. Splits are as follows: 10:15, 10:07, 9:55, 10:00, 9:57, 10:08 & 10:14.
After I run right under my knee (not under the kneecap but lower than the knee) seems to sieze up and it's more painful for me to walk than run. I still have until 5/6 to get back in with the ortho for the MRI results
.
.
). Congrats on the MBA
!
! Please let us know how DD made out with the state soccer tourney
.
and I hope you're hanging in there. Are we still going to dish over cocktails at WDW in a mere two months
. We don't even have to utter the word "running"
.
.
I hope your leg is still feeling ok tomorrow.
.

?

I have not run in 5 days and it is still extremely tender to the touch and sore when I even walk. I did bike with the kids the other day and it did not seem to bother me, so I guess I'll have to dust off the road bike this week. I'm getting a little concerned as I have the 25K trail race in another month and I need to get some pain-free LRs in.
On the 20 miles AND going to a wedding afterwards! I hope this run didn't effect your dancing status & you were able to put on your boogie shoes
! Also, I was laughing when you posted about your husband getting pooped on!
I'm sure he wasn't, though!
WOW, I'm so pleased that your leg/knee/leg didn't give you a hard time!! That's huge!!
Good for you! Good idea to take it easy today though, maybe a short run tomorrow? Lake Placid 1/2, huh??
'cause I'm getting all these aches & pains!!
. Today I went on the Elliptical for 50mins., in my Crocsw/Sox
. Perhaps tomorrow I'll try to lace up & get out there?
