Hey McPhillys!
Cathy -

On the 20 miles AND going to a wedding afterwards! I hope this run didn't effect your dancing status & you were able to put on your boogie shoes

! Also, I was laughing when you posted about your husband getting pooped on!

I'm sure he wasn't, though!
Sara -

WOW, I'm so pleased that your leg/knee/leg didn't give you a hard time!! That's huge!!

Good for you! Good idea to take it easy today though, maybe a short run tomorrow? Lake Placid 1/2, huh??
Dave - OMG, please just take it easy the rest of the weekend. I get stressed out just reading your posts! Tomorrow's run will be good, you'll see. How's the hip? So are you going to sign up for Lake Placid, too? Quick, someone tell me how far that is from my house & how much it'll cost me!
Steve - My L achilles was bothering me yesterday, but only slightly. I've been trying to walk a bit lately & lay off the running but it seems I don't walk right

'cause I'm getting all these aches & pains!!
Where is everyone this weekend?
So like I said, I've been walking because I can't really put any close-toed shoe on because my 2 toes are so sore! Not because of the blisters (popped long ago), just because they're all beat up & stuff, bruised-like. Therefore I've been wearing my
Crocs for a week straight...I've been getting more weird stares than usual, too, because most of the time I wear them with socks

. Today I went on the Elliptical for 50mins., in my Crocsw/Sox

. Perhaps tomorrow I'll try to lace up & get out there?
