Pete's Silly Sideshow - long wait for Minnie/Daisy?

Hi All,
I'm just beginning to work on our arrival day plans and had a couple of questions...
We are arriving Sunday, Sept 14 and heading to MK. I'm estimating that we will get to the park at about 2:00. MK closes early at 7:00 that day for a MNSSHP so I'm trying to squeeze in what I can. It's our first time taking both of our kids (DS6, DD2.5) so there will be a little learning curve that first time ;)
Since it's right in the middle of the afternoon, I'm thinking about getting a FP+ for meeting Mickey at Town Hall and then heading back to Storybook Circus to meet Minnie and Daisy. My DD LOVES them both so this is a priority for us, but not something that needs to be done immediately if it's better to wait until later that day... This isn't our only MK day planned, but I'd like to get the M&G done in the beginning of the trip.
Is there usually a long wait to meet them at Pete's Silly Sideshow? We didn't (or couldn't?) do this on our trip in Sept 2012 so I'm not sure how much time to allow for it.We've gone in September 3 other times, but from what I've been reading, I'm expecting the crowds to be a little higher than what we're used to. I can't seem to find anything about wait times for the M&G so I'm a little lost...
How much time should I allow for meeting Minnie and Daisy at Pete's Silly Sideshow in the middle of the afternoon/early evening?
Also, along those same lines, if anyone can give some tips about how long the wait for Mickey is at Town Hall that would be great... With and without FP+?
Thanks!

Since Mickey's been feeling more talkative over at TST, lines have increased, that's for sure. We usually go in the evening, or whenever it says it's short lol!

Now, for Minnie & Daisy, the later you can go, the better!! I feel like no one even knows they're back there in the evening! We've walked right into the tents to find all 4 of the characters just playing around, playing charades with the attendants, with literally no one else in there, and had a solid 10 minutes of playtime ourselves.

If you can go later, I'd do it! Also if this is not your only MK day, the best time for character meets would be during the 3pm parade, as pretty much everyone else will be watching it!

Thank you SO much! That is very helpful! I think it may work out really well to get in some other attractions first, then head over for the characters before we leave.
Is there any place to check wait times other than outside of the building? I've been looking on MDE app but it doesn't seem to show wait times for the Meet & Greets... Just in case we happen to be close by and I see that there isn't much of a wait...
Thanks again!
