This is one of my favorites! I have to ride it everytime I am there. There is just something magical about it. I love flying out the window and over the city!
We rode it for the 1st time this past February. Did Fast Pass and still had to wait another 20 minutes in the FP line. It was a good ride and the lines were very long all day.
So no there is no fast turns or loops. Its a slow ride and I suppose you could call it "sissy" but it is a MUST DO. You get to fly through Neverland for Pete's sake!!!! What is more magical then that! Get on line, wait the 90 minutes or so and leave the ride feeling like a kid again! You owe it to yourself man!
Peter Pan's Flight is a ride that I am gunna make a priority to go on. But other members in my party are trying to talk me out of it. They are saying it is way to sissy. I was wondering if anyone has been on it lately and could tell me about it. Is it worth the wait in line? What happens in this ride?
definitely not thrilling but it is my fav. ride in fantasy land.
I love the little details of the London street scene...and that you are flying tops it off. husband isn't crazy about it on the other hand... last time we rode it did look like it needed a little tlc but i never skip it
I wouldnt call it 'sissy' but it is NOT a thrill ride. It takes you through the peter pan movie, you fly over scenes and over the city of london. it is pretty fun but it isnt exciting or anything...
If you are concerned about an attraction being "sissy," expect plenty of sissy action at Walt Disney World.
Peter Pan's Flight is worth your time. You will like it methinks; but be sure to go early or get a fastpass because the lines can get long for this one.
As stated before, PPF is a classic. If it is something that you really want to go on then do it...
the best part of it .....YOU CAN FLY - YOU CAN FLY- YOU CAN FLY!!!!
I really do not care much for the ride, I know it is a "classic" but it is really starting to show its age. It is just your typical dark-ride with pieces of plastic moving back and forth. I actually like USF version of the ride better..... ET.
One of our favorites..... A must do, Hubby dosent like all the rides in fantasy land but he loves this one, especially how excited I get , its the first thing I ride if possible....and yes I have waited 90 mins before but it was raining and busy so I had nothing else to do..... But I have gone on it over and over when there are no lines and its usually my last ride before I hit home...... If you are a Fan of the Story and Movie you will love it cause it makes you feel like you are there... Beautiful!!!!
Not a Sissy ride,lol..... but you are in Disney so you can be a kid and tell your party just to have a drink and wait for you..... Enjoy!!!
Peter Pan is my favorite attraction in Fantasyland. The lines can be unbearable so get there early. As stated above, this ride is both classic and magical. You must ride it at least once in your life.
It is a great ride and one of my favorites. However, since I travel with my DS7 and DD4, we make it a policy not to wait any longer than 15-20 minutes for any ride. There was one time Peter Pan was a 75 minute wait, and there were no fast passes available. It's a great ride, but I'm sorry, it's not that great. In that case, find a less crowded ride, or maybe less crowded park.
I disagree. It's not awesome. It's not bad. It's mediocre. The Peter Pan ride is like ending a baseball game in a tie. You end the ride thinking, "Not bad, but I could have spent my time better elsewhere."
