Hi. When I am waiting for the park to open should I wait on the left side or the right side? Thanks so much!

For SDMT,a Guest wants to be as close to the Right Tunnel as possible as the SDMT CMs will walk Guests down Main Street USA from that tunnel and turn right at the castle and take the route by Tea Cups to go to SDMT.

For Pan,you could go through either Tunnel-I would probably just use the Left Tunnel and go straight down Main Street USA and straight through the Castle and stay away from the SDMT Guests.

We had a FP for Peter Pan, but we went on that ride another day at RD without much of a wait.

I think we're going to try the RD strategy (vs. using FP+).

My 5 yo walks pretty slowly, so by the time we make it to PP I'm hoping they'll be just enough of a line to enjoy the queue (vs. rushing through it) but not too much of a line .

I will add my two cents that I thought the que worth doing !! You might watch Peter Pan before the trip so it looks familiar! I combined BOF 8am brekkie. Was in line outside at Mine train just before 9..walked on no wait, went to Pan next, brief wait..and then Pooh..which can have long lines! It was just beginning to fill up. We had about 5 min. here. It was perfect timing!!

FYI Arrived at MK at 7:25am Tues morning. Went straight to SDMT, and at 7:35, it had a 60 min wait posted. Decided to go to Peter Pan. Had 30 min wait posted, but it actually took about 13 minutes to get on. So I went back to SDMT and it only took 25 minutes. So don't let those early estimates get you down.
