Back in January, before I was even a board lurker much less the active poster I am now, I wrote an email to the podcast. I was only a podcast listener. I asked that Pete put out a tiny mini podcast for me to download that would say that there would be no podcast.

My email letter was read on the air, Pete said it would be a good idea. But it never happened. And really, it is okay, after all.

And I got a t-shirt for having my letter read on the podcaast!!!

We hand-carried her back from the Flower & Garden show this year - she keeps the door from slamming shut when we open up the back patio doors for air/grilling. welcomes folks on the front verandah

It may be more complicated than I think, but a simple Sticky updated by someone on his team each week, giving simple updates as to the status of the weeks Podcast would be nice. Statements such as: Podcast on time,
Pocast running late, will be late this evening, tomorrow morning, NO E-mail show this week etc.

thats an idea! now lets expand on that......what if we do this..... or this......

I enjoyed meeting Kathy on the Podcast cruise. It was wondreful sitting and talking to her on deck 9 by the pool on our day at sea.

She is ultra cool, just like the rest of the crew (pete, walter, kevin, john, corey julie, ferris, teresa, max, etc)

Your absolutely right, I guess it's a selfish thing. It seems, however that if there was a little bit of a concern by the Podcast team that there public needed to be informed about the status of the show each week, such a thing would be given some sort of a priority by at least 1 of the 8 podcast team members. A small tidbit of communication goes a long way.
