All kidding aside, I sure hope it is as good as Pete makes it sound. Im canceling California Grill for this place.

While I too find the coverage a little excessive, you have to keep in mind that this appears to be—unlike many other Disney restaurant refurbishments—a true overhaul of the restaurant. There is reason to be excited that one of the best restaurants on property has actually done something to stay competitive or <gasp> even improve itself, as opposed to cut corners "because of guest demand."

I don't think I will like Flying Fish, Seafood on the whole always seems just a little too salty to me.

Supposedly, Flying Fish does not ignore those who can't eat/don't like seafood, and has a good selection for those people.

(As a whole, I've found seafood restaurants cook steaks better than steak houses cook seafood.)

Good seafood would never be salty. Maybe you should try Flying Fish and I bet you would change your mind.

I was reading Disney Food Blogs article on it today and low and behold, in one of his pictures of the back of the restaurant there sat the gang. Evidently it was media day.
