I just tried to place an order with them for the $8 credit, and I got this error message:

Please fix the following errors in your basket:-

We're sorry, but the address you provided does not match the billing address for the card.
We're sorry, but the zip code you entered does not match the credit cards zip code. Please fix this and try again, or call our toll-free customer service line at 800-844-1427 and give our operator the following error code: Error Code A

The address provided is the billing address, and I have checked the zip code many times. If I call the number about the error, will I still get the credit?

Or does anyone have any other advice?

I did this offer last week and kept seeing an error message too. I would keep trying to go back in and do it again. I think on my third attempt I got it to work. This was a great offer so try to get it!:thumbsup2
 
I just did this offer with no problems :) now hopefully I get credit :headache:
I just started doing SR after having problems with CR and the 3 shopping/offers ive done so far, have not credited...they show no record :( soooooooooo we'll see...........

woohoo I just got credited my first out of 5 offers so far :)

I got an error message when I tried to sign up on Friday. I tried a few times without success. I guess I will try again today.

Try clearing your cookies, your cache and your history. That may help.

How long has it been since you did the offers and the shopping??

Unlike a few other sites SR does not credit most items immediately. Shopping through SR usually appears on your account within a week (usually a few days) and is listed as pending for 21 days unless you are a Super Member. Super Members get credit in 3 days. SR is very upfront about how they credit on the shopping page and offers page. Both pages list a time frame for credits.

I have had a few problems with things crediting, but for those I have filed a Trouble Ticket and Tricia and Cindy have worked hard to get me my credit. That's not to say that it has always worked out in my favor. Ah it if were only a perfect world!! :hippie:

If you think you should have been credited already, file a Trouble Ticket and Tricia will look into it.

Thanks for the suggestion, but that didn't help either. :sad2:

Are you sure that the billing address that you're giving them matches the billing address that is on your credit card? Sometimes even abbreviations can mess things up (like rd. instead of road). I had trouble with an order a while back at another store because my credit card had my middle initial and I didn't include that when I was shopping.:rolleyes: You never know. Maybe an extended zip code problem?? (vs. just the 5 digit zip??).
 
I don't know what the problem was, but I just went and tried again, and it worked. :dance3:
