While it doesn't "bother" me inasmuch as I don't lose sleep over it, it bugs me, too. It seems to be more rampant lately, too.

Yes, yes, yes!!!!!! This makes me crazy! And yes, of course I have better thing to do, more important things to worry about, etc....but it is a pet peeve of mine and I shake my head when I see them. Not earth-shattering but a pet peeve nonetheless.
