I didn't know Santa was looking for labor other than the elf variety.

personnel: People employed in an organization or engaged in an organized undertaking such as military service.

personal: relating to, directed to, or intended for a particular person: a personal favor; one's personal life; a letter marked “Personal.”

yes, try this one. It's a super cute personalized video from Santa that comes via email. Last year they personalized it with your child's name, city and state, and even had Santa answer a question of your choice that your child may have asked (the common ones like how do you know if I've been good or bad, etc...).
