I am trying to surprise my family (including my husband). I am $400 away from purchasing my entire trip (airfare included)... so...
I have been thinking of a clever way to tell my family that we are going to Disney. I thought that I could make Disney themed Easter baskets... I wanted to include personalized T-shirts. Does anyone know where I can purchase customized T's? I don't want to iron-on (thanks for the idea though)... I would rather purchase them...

Other Q's
Has anyone done the Pearl thing in Epcot? Do you always get a pearl?

Has anyone participated in the Fantasmic dinner package with Mama Melrose in Hollywood Studios? If so, how does it work? What are your thoughts?

Any special things I should do with my kids in Epcot? Must see, or must do's? They are DD9, DS6, and DD1?

Thanks for the input.

You can make Semi-personalized T's through the disney store online. I say semi-personalized because they will only allow a certain amount of text and you have to choose one of their designs. However, they do have designs with almost every disney character.

Zazzle.com maybe?

Personalization w/ text costs $7.95 extra on disneyshopping.com and if your children or husband has a name that's longer than 8 letters that probably wouldn't work.

1) how about you make a Disney egg for each basket? Use some stickers from a dollar store and let them figure it out? If not using real eggs, how about putting a message inside each of those pull-apart plastic easter eggs (still put stickers on outside).

2) Maybe wait until you are at Disney maybe to get personalized T's at the new DTD Hanes T-shirt shop where you can design your own.

3) Last trip we did the pick-a-pearl in Japan. Was great fun and made for great photo taking at each step. And yes, they will insure you get a pearl!

3) Mama Melrose dinner was very good. We did not do the Fantasmic pkg however. And check for which nights Fantasmic will be performed since they've cut it back to 2 or 3 nights a week. No longer every night. The CM's should hopefully know which nights if you call and make ADRs way ahead of time.

The # to make ADRs is 407 WDW-DINE, if you have not used it before.

Enjoy your trip!

For Easter try a scavenger hunt with plastic eggs with clues inside. Could be kind of fun. Good luck, I'm sure your family will have a blast!

I found Kidcot for Epcot will come handy for our trip when we go there.

They get a mask at the first country-- and in each country will need to look for the cot place to work on their mask.

I also read that Kim Possible has some work that can be done in a country. Dont know the particulars about it== but for Epcot--check those two things out

I have pearls going back to my first trip in 1990 and have always gotten a pearl - I still have all of them! I was there once and someone in front of me didn't get one so they got to pick again so they would get one. :thumbsup2
