Personalized Pins ???

Just wondering if anyone knows whether the personalized pins such as the one with the monorail and Fab 5 can be traded at the parks? These pins usually have a first name or saying on them.

ODPT policy says NO (would you want a pin with someone else's name?)

But that doesn't mean some CMs don't bend the rules (especially for kids), so you may see them on lanyards.

That is kind of what I thought. I have a chance to get a bunch of these very cheap but not unless I can trade them off. I think I will pass on them for now.
