Personal cup in the park

I carry my Yeti everywhere. Love that it keeps my water so cold!! Will it be allowed into Universal/IOA? I plan to buy cold bottled water when needed, but would pour in my cup. I know I can not fill it at the drink stations. Thanks for any help!

Yes, you should have no problem taking your cup in the parks. We always take filtered water bottles as well as our daughter's cups and had no issues.

I carried our personal water bottles for myself and the kids and encountered no problems. Just make sure to have someone hold the Yeti cup or place in lockers on rides. The Yeti cups are pricey and I would hate for you to lose it in the parks.

Wanted to share with everyone that you can go to any area that sells drinks in either Park and get free ice water. They will give individual cups. I also saw them filling folks Yeti water bottles and they just requested you remove your lids.

If you ever need to go through a security checkpoint after 5pm they will request that you empty your bottle before entering.

after 5pm, only sealed containers are allowed.

you still can fill it up after security as other have advised.

I know last summer, you could fill up any cup/bottle with ice & water from the Coke Freestyle machines (lines sometimes get long & occasionally they ran out of ice, but it was a nice option!)

Yeah, that was yet another perk I did not know about until it was over! We always carry our own water bottles in the parks.

Well, "stinks" depends on which side of the fence you sat on. If you actually paid for the refillable mugs, and stood in long lines behind folks who are just getting free water...it's a nice change.

I see that point as well. Actually, we always buy the refill mugs, and only use them for soda...never had a problem with waiting behind any water drinkers. My problem is being behind someone who is so amazed by the machine, that they have to look through every.single.flavor.option.

At least the water drinkers just fill and go
