Thanks macraven, that's what I figured, just book the category we will be happy with and then smile and say thank you if we are upgraded! Still on the fence about booking. Holding off until we see what the weather s going to do. Right now in GA we have broken records the past two days with 105 and 106. we've been in central Florida during July before and I know that weather wise it's a crap shoot.

it was a paid membership for the Hard Rock program.

no apps for membership being processed anymore for newbies.
a new program starts 10/1

I was the super lucky one who was given "club access" however; they then quickly realized that we were a party of 5 so.....we were upgraded to a Kids Suite with club access. It was amazing!!!

Follow up:

We had a garden view booked, the card got us upgraded to a pool view on the 5th floor.

Wifi was free
