It varies depending on the resort. POFQ may only get 5%, while the other mods get 20-25%. AoA suites may get 15%, while the LM get nothing. The all stars and pop will usually get anywhere between 10-20%. There really is no way to know until it is released.

Okay thank you, This Room discount is going to be my best bet because off having the free dining not start on the day I needed. Does the Room Only discount start on specific dates and is there a thread for this?

No thread that I know of. The dates have not been leaked, but room discounts don't get leaked as easily as the FD dates. I suspect it will come out around Aug 1.

Because Danny left the boards (on his own accord). There is a rumored room offer coming out on Aug 1 for the public (July 29 for Disney Visa/debit holders). No details on specifics dates, but the FD deal coming out on those dates has exact dates. Here is the link to that thread.
