Anyone that has been recently - is there a service fee if using DP credit?

Also, can something be substituted for 1 of the drinks at breakfast?

When we stayed at CSR and ate at PM on the DP (I think I need more accroynms...), we took our meals to go and ate them by the lake and there was no service charge.

For breakfast drinks, we brought our mugs, filled them with coffee at Cafe Rix, and got bottled water and juices (that we brought to the parks) with our breakfast drinks.
