Read on a CSR board that Pepper Market was no longer going to be on the DDP. Where can I find out if this is true (or hopefully not)?

When the original 2007 documents were released Pepper Market was not included--actually none of the non0Disney owned TS were on there yet. It is participating now. Disney's website says it is a participating DDP location.

I love the PM as do many!! It is on the DDP for 2007 as is the Maya Grill and Siestas (by the pool).

It is being offered for the DDP plan as a CS meal choice. It is not offered on the DDE option. Maya Grill is the one that is available for that at CSR.

Does the DDP Plan also cover the 10% gratuity at Pepper Market since in is CS?

Sure does. It's a great way to use a CSR credit IMO
