Pepper Market and Dining Plan

I know the meals themselves are covered under the plan but what about that automatic (10%--I think) tip that's added to your bill there. Is that covered or do you have to plan extra money for that? Thanks!

i think PM is the best counter service, CSR must have filled up fast for free dining!
