We are heading down on Sunday (wahoo :Pinkbounc :bounce: ). I am keeping my eye on the forecast and trying to decide whether we need to pack sweatshirts or sweaters for the evenings? I see the low is 71 or so...I get cold fairly easily, but hate to drag a sweatshirt around with me...do you think we will even need them next week?

I wouldn't think you would need a sweater. But that's just me. You know yourself better than anyone else. You don't get to a low temp. on a Florida night until 4 or 5 in the morning. So don't expect 71 degree weather at sundown. For instance, where I live (about 100 miles S.E. of WDW) the predicted temp. for midnight is 76 degrees. Some good news for you though, It is supposed to be clear and sunny, with no rain until maybe late next week. So you should have a great trip, weather wise. Hope you have fun.

Same here in Tampa. Weathers Beautiful. I tend to get cold when I go inside so you might want to pack a lightweight sweatshirt, Just Incase. I wouldn't carry it with you or anything though. That way you'll have it if you do something at night and you do feel chilly.

I was there last week and the weather was great... even after dark. That being said, I always carry a jacket into restaurants and venues with me because I'm usualyl cold from the AC. But I don't think teh weather outside will make you do that...

Unless you're doing a boat ride, or something on the water, after dark. We spent some time at Disneys Vero Beach and needed pants and long sleeves in teh evenings down on the beach area.

Have fun!

We just got back Friday evening. The weather was beautiful. You won't need a sweater, etc. unless you are spending a lot of time around the water in the evening. The only time it was chilly enough (and wished I packed a sweater) was watching Wishes at Poly on the beach. The wind was a little chilly off the water. In the parks, it was more than comfortable because you are moving around, etc. We were at MK at Midnight and very comfortable in shorts and sleeveless tops.

I always recommend covering up somewhat at night...at least pants, because the mosquitos are making their presence known. Being too cool is not a problem, but I always wear pants at night.

I have to agree with Bunnybomb. I've never experienced bug problems until this trip! My legs and my DD legs are all bit up. We've been home since Friday and they still hurt and itch. I found the black flys to be the worst during the day. I would certainly recommend some bug spray.
