P.S.
Just so everyone knows --both Penny's cars were totaled this past week and she is ok BUT looking for a new car.
Didn't want to worry anyone.

Thanks Guys, I just found this post. I was "missing" for a few days. Well as you know they totaled my Camry. I loved my car, I especially loved the fact that I owed nothing on it. As we are hoping to buy a new house this year, I didn't want a car payment & a mortgage payment, especially since I want to retire in two years.
I bought a Ford Fusion and brought it home on Thursday. It's gray (like my Camry) and as has a bunch of bells and whistles. I made them sync my IPod so I can listen to my DIS podcasts and they synced my phone.
So I am coming home from the car dealer on Thursday and as I mentioned they synced my phone for me. So I wanted to call my friend and tell her about the new car. I never use my phone while driving the car as I have trouble chewing gum and walking so using a phone and driving is not smart. Somehow I called Jim (DH). Now he's in class and I never call him during class time so of course he figures something is the matter. I am pushing buttons trying to make the phone hang up and I disconnect the phone from the steering wheel. Now my actual phone is in my bag and I can hear Jim faintly saying hello, are you ok? As I can't reach my phone I am yelling at the top of my lungs I am fine, hang up. Well he can't hear me and thinks that somehow I am lying in a ditch with my new car as I don't like driving new cars.
So he leaves class and starts calling me back. I pull over and find the phone and answer him and he is totally freaked out. So no more using the phone in the car until I have it down pat.
House update. We found a house in Montgomery County PA. It's on two acres of land and has an in-law suite. The in-law suite we will be the office/library suite. When I retire I want to become a travel agent so I will need an office. Jim wants to continue going to school so he's going to need an office and I have wanted a room that was a library (I have about 1,000 books) all my life. So this is our dream house. When we looked at it last we saw 8 turkeys wandering around and the time before that we saw deer. Our bedroom opens to a deck and we look out on woods. The house inspection found less than $1,000 worth of problems. We will need to paint and put in new rugs, but that's it. However, the septic system failed. It will cost about $25,000 for a new septic system. It's a short sale so we put in a request for the bank to remediate and we are waiting to hear from them.
So here's hoping the bank agrees to help fix the problem. If not, then I am sure there is another perfect house sitting out there waiting for us. & if not we will stay in Philly for a bit longer and save money as the mortgage is paid on this house. Thanks again for the "list" and the good wishes. Penny
