Pennie does Disney for her Birthday Day 2 Part A

I got up at 6:00am and got My DH and DS ready to go back to Miami. DS had to go to School on Monday! After they left I went on to Animal Kingdom! I arrived at 9:00am and found it to be Cold and Rainy! I went on Dinosaur and It's Tough to be a Bug. Than waited for Tarzan Rocks to start at 10:00am. I thought this was a good and different show even though the Music was Too loud over the vocals! Afterwards went on Kilimajaro Safari! It took 6 minutes to board! No Fast Pass needed so far! A lot of the Animals were out even though it was after 12 noon. Saw Ostrich, Giraffes, Hippos, a Lion and various Birds. I did not know how long this trip was. It was great! After I bought a Sweatshirt to wear Under my Jacket and got a Alcoholic Drink to warm my body up. (It worked too). Left there and went on to Epcot.

Sounds like you were lucky in AK. Its great not to have to use fast pass!
