<---Proud PSU alum as well! LOVE football! DH and I are both PSU alums, and we're both equally crazy about our football team!

As for the kids...you gotta start indoctrinating them early! My nephew is a little over 2, and I've already gotten him Nittany Lion clothing, and a Nittany Lion costume (which he will be for Halloween this year!)--and that kid's not even mine!

Watching it at ESPNZone would be awesome, but you'll probably have to get there before the 3:30 games end to get a seat. I'd probably watch it in the resort, myself..(with a pillow close at hand to stifle my yelling )

I sure hope that PSU is able to beat Michigan this year. Eventhough Michigan is terrible this year, you never know. PSU has had trouble with Michigan, hopefully is was Lloyd Carr they could not beat. It will be nice to beat the ole' WVU coach.

Took my family to their 1st PSU game against Temple this year. Even my DD5 had a blast. I felt so excited when SS10 said he would like to attend PSU for Engineering, following in my footsteps.


Finally, I always love it when at WDW and wearing PSU attire, to hear so many WE ARE yelled my way.

Another vote for ESPN, but I would get there over an hour before kick off. We went to watch the FL/Tenn game and it was packed. Luckily we got there about 2 hours early, because it took us that long to get a table. If its just you, then you should be able to grab a seat at the bar no problem.

Prediction: My Gators go undefeated the rest of the year, beating Alabama in the SEC championship game. We then go on to play Penn St. in the National Championship game, where the Big 10 gets blown out by the SEC, yet again

Thans for the advice and BTW I am the wife and as another poster said got to start them young. My DS3 and DD5 already have been to games and know the cheers.Actually while we down at disney we are going to the Halloween party where my DD is dressing as a PSU cheerleader and DS as a PSU football player.Game is on ABC so hpefully we can find it anywhere sounds like mixed thoughts on ESPN zone.

I live here in State College and work for Penn State. I love football Saturdays there is just something about the vibe at Beaver Stadium that is intoxicating.

The OSU game will be a good one. DH is going. I second the motion of watching it in your hotel room. ABC is the one carrying the game so you'll have that station for sure.

There is also the Wide World of Sports Cafe. In September, we went there to watch our NFL team. We got there about 45 minutes before kickoff and were the first ones there. The bartender let us pick which TV to watch on. It did end up getting pretty crowded, but we had a seat and a TV with our game!
The only way to get there on Disney Transportation is to go to MGM ((I know, Hollywood studios .... )) and catch the WWS bus from there.

My sisl is an alum and DH is a huge fan! We LOVE Joe PA!!!!

When both my kids were smaller they had all the gear from pennstate. Sadly my dd is 8 and they don't have the cheerleader outfit in her size anymore so I have make her one! DS has the jersey and so does DH. Heck DS had the really PSU leather sleeved jacket when he was 2! LOL

Any way they played a GREAT game yesterday! The 1st half was scary but they pulled it out!

We stopped at State College on the way back to IL from NJ and it was fun we spent WAY too much money there on stuff!

Oh my gosh! I never go to Disney on college football Saturdays, and I live in Orlando!!!

I will be at the game, because victory over PSU will be sweet on TV but even SWEETER live! I would say that if you were a true fan, you'd be there too...
Just kidding. The ESPN Zone at the Boardwalk is the best place to watch it. But watching your team lose will probably ruin your vacation so you might just want to watch the highlights when you come home

Nobody likes to see tears in the happiest place on earth, especially when they come from Nittany Lions!!! But good for Joe Pa...I'm glad that he gets Deon Butler and a nice roster as well as a great ranking before he retires. It's not so bad to lose the Big Ten title to OSU, the greatest team EVER!

Heinygate---BEST TAILGATE EVER!!! I'm not allowed to drink yet, but still what a party, right? It'll be weird this year since the game is at night for the first time in quite a while. All that Hienygate will have everybody drunk before the game instead of after. Can't wait to see Penn State go down in the Shoe!!!

The Big Ten is a very honorable conference. UF and USC are arrogant you-know-whats and you know it. And guess who has fallen in the rankings behind Ohio State now? Yeah, Penn State is ahead of all the before-mentioned teams in the polls, and when Ohio State wins, they will be too.

1st off we won't be in the parks, we are going to leave the parks to watch the game and all will have our gear on all day to get ready.
