When my dh & I were there on our honeymoon we had and Artist "draw" traced a cell or whatever in the gallery store near the entrance at Epcot - it was a picture of Pooh holding a balloon floating away and in the balloon we had him put "It's a Happy Day and the year" - which is what is engraved in our wedding bands - Thanks to Jim Fern the artist who did it!!! We would love to get another picture like this yet anniversary themed when we go again in October but with the artists disappearing from Disney was wondering if they still do this and what the cost is now??? There was also a place in DTD that did this too so location isn't important.

my husband got areally nice one in animal kingdom and i saw them at various places throughout the parks and i think maybe on the boardwalk also

edited because:
sorry when i first read this i thought you meant charicatures so don't know nothng about no cells :)

I think you are talking about Art of Disney stores. There are still the 2 of them, and the one at DTD at least still does this.
