With regards to the second twist, I love shopping for stationary! Hallmark and Target have some really pretty sets out now.

I love stationary as well. I myself have been typing out most of my letters since it is faster for me, and I am able to do it in one sitting rather then starting on the letter, then putting it off since something else needs to be done.

Off to volunteer with my daughter's class for Pool Day. Hope the sun doesn't come out while the kids are having to walk that long steep walk, but it shows up when they are in the pool. I am driving to the pool, no walking for me.

Wanted to double check with everyone. Did anyone NOT yet receive their March letter? If so, please let me know ASAP.


If everything has arrived, I will be posting the topic of the month for next month, and you can mail out your letters after that. Please remember that check ins are from Monday-Friday. *If it opens on Sunday which I usually post on Sunday, I will post that check ins are open. By doing this, I can then keep track of who checked in for the week, and who did not....

Throughout this swap, we have had people not follow the rules, people had to be dropped, .... and not sure why-there has been several different reasons, but I have had to check up on people with signing in, asking if their letter had been sent..... so to try to eliminate this problem, I am going to switch this pen pal letter swap to three months rather than six months.

We will start over again, and I will ask everyone who is participating to keep track of their swap partners from this time on so that you do not get the same pen pal-(if possible) from the next sign up on. We will try to get to know other participants better since it will only be for three months.....

SO,

NEXT MONTHS letter will be the FINAL letter for ROUND 3.

Round 4 will begin with sign ups today or tomorrow. And you will get your pen pals info. by mid April or earlier, and the sending months will be for May, June, and July. If everything goes smoothly, we will continue on with Aug., Sept, Oct, and the following round with Nov., Dec.,Jan. ......
