Pelican Plunge at Castaway Cay & Kids area

Greeting All,

I have not seen much on Pelican Plunge at Castaway Cay, has anyone had the opportunity to visit Pelican Plunge, how was it? What age group is it designed for. Any pictures or reviews. Thanks for sharing.

Also, I have seen very few pictures of the children play area at Castaway Cay any pictures or activities they have there. What do the little ones do there?

If you use the search function on the boards you will find many threads and posts about Pelican Plunge. In fact, there was one just a couple of days ago asking about the water's depth around it and such. So there are in fact many, many reviews about Pelican Plunge.

We were just on the cruise on July 25th (double dip at Castaway Cay) and my kids LOVED Pelican Plunge... you swim out to the slide and then swim back. They said if you lay down you go much faster!!

When we were there, the lifeguard at the top told the kids that they had to lie down with their arms crossed across their chest.
