It's been a very long, emotional month. BUT I am happy to report that KC & I are officially back together and going strong. We are even planning a vow renewal in Feb! I just wanted to say thanks for being a friend thru this!

Congrats on the SWA fare! I believe you chose....wisely. (Name that flick). The whole kilt discussion had me cracing up. Brought back memories of the song "The Scottsman" which I had memorized in my younger days, but in the interest of not getting myself banned, I will refrain from posting it.

The current chatter is about booking a flight. I just booked Southwest for my trip to Orlando. Not the first time I've flown SWA, but the first time I've flown them cross country.

Hmmm. I've only flown SW back and forth to NY state. All decent flights though!

So, needless to say, you must have drawn me in, because I read through ALL of your PTRs and TRs I couldn't stop until it was over! I am so glad you put in those nifty chapter links, because it took me long enough as it was. I don't think I'd have attempted all of them if I didn't have the links. But, unfortunately, I'm sure I missed out on some truly edifying chit chat in between. I have to say, I was a bit disappointed that you and Kim didn't end up an item after the 08 trip I don't know why, but I was mentally predicting that you would - you seemed to have so much fun together. I probably shouldn't say that, since she now has a boyfriend!! Oh well, a good friendship is even more valuable!

Anyway, I know I'm a little late to the party, but I'm not leavin' til its over!!

hey, jordan! i'm finally working my way through my subbed threads to play catch-up. finally!

However, don't you think it's bad when you leave the house before your roommates are up and you get home after they are asleep? It's only going to get worse as we are starting a new classroom addition here at church. I'm going to be the only staff person here during the week and may have to lengthen my hours...yes I said lengthen.

yes, i think it's bad! i work long hours, too, but 80% of my work is done at home in front of my computer. it still stinks but at least i can take a break and come sit with ray and the boys for an hour and just veg. i hope you're getting paid for those long hours!!!

I just talked to my friend, Tom, who lives in the Orlando area. We are going to try and hook up on Sunday, Feb 14th and hangout for the night. We've missed each other the last few times I've been in FL. I was best man in his wedding and he has a son named after me as well. Then on Monday the 15th, the kids and his wife will join us at Typhoon Lagoon, weather pending.

After the Block we drove over to DTD. I had a few things I had to pick up

Here's are the components, you make a schedule for me:

i've got some more time on my hands, but not THAT much time! i will give you my thoughts though.

1) Of the 4 solo days, Mon through Thursday, one of them has to be a non-theme park day. The dates are Sunday, Feb 14th-Thursday, Feb 18th. President's Weekend.

i would avoid the parks on valentine's day, if possible.

4) I do want to do Animal Kingdom's Evening Magic Hour on Wednesday.

this is something i definitely want to do next trip, too. i've seen pics of AK at night and they are GOREOUS.

5) I'd like to eat at Jiko, Sanaa, Kouzzina, Boma, Tusker House or Flying Fish. I'm doing DDP so I'll have 4 TS credits for Monday day through Thursday at 4pm.

i want to eat at kouzzina and flying fish next trip, too. if you're doing boma and tusker house, do tusker house for breakfast and boma for dinner.
