Peeps 2. The Sweaty Asian Strikes Back. Pt 2. Feb '10. 2/21-Final Chapter. Link to TR

Being busy will help the time pass faster.....don't worry, I'll keep everyone in line while your working.;)

Between the 2 of us, we get wreak, errrr... I mean rustle up some real fun! :cool1:

sorry I haven't been around for a few days, but work has been crazy busy the last week. I have little to no time to DIS much less think about the trip.

I miss you guys a ton!

Hopefully, I will have time Friday to catch up......I'm super busy tomorrow.......

Goodness...I'd gladly trade places with you!

DISing for hours a day doesn't help me at all...just makes me want to go to WDW even more! And we're not even sure we'll be going Dec 2011 still. >_<

The DIS is bad for me right now. Someone pull out the needle and help me get off my addiction. :rotfl2:

Wendy, so glad to hear the good news about your Dad!!!

Your Lasik is over and done with...I hope everything went well. I am tempted to look into this due to the cost of contacts and glasses going up, up and up - and insurance coverage becoming practically useless! :sad2:

Redone?? That's not good... what happened? Or maybe I don't want to know before my surgery. Ha ha.

I still have about 4 hours to go - but helping at Erin's school first in a couple hours. So after 3pm PST I'll be out of pocket (at least DIS related) for a couple days. And yes, they are definitely giving me valium and ibuprofen... ha ha ha. ::yes:: So i don't freak out when they go in for my eyes... ha. :scared1:

Wish me luck! :thumbsup2

I hope everything went okay! I'm sure it did. I bet by know you are marveling at the change in your sight.:magnify: So, what happened with mine. The first surgery went just fine, but as you will have found out, they tell you that your vision will fluctuate and you really won't be stable for a few months. So, when I felt like my vision wasn't all that clear at my 3 month follow-up, they told me not to worry. I didn't go back for my next follow up until about 11 months after the surgery. By that time, my vision had seemed similar to what you'd experience when you are wearing 5 year old glasses and you know its time for a new Rx. Sure enough, I was at 20/40. So, they did a "touch-up" which is really just a complete re-do, except that they do not have to cut the flap in your cornea again. They can just lift it right up. The second surgery was much more uncomfortable, and the recovery was worse. But the good news is, I'm definitely seeing 20/20 now. Although, I don't want to get too excited because I guess I could still fluctuate :confused3 Anyway, I know several people who had to have "touch-ups". Apparently it is quite common. Good luck, I hope your eyes are feeling great by now!

Don't worry - I'm feeling the same way this week. Well, the last two days anyway. I either have time to catch up on others TRs or my own- but not both! Here's to a relaxing weekend!:surfweb:

I had a mental image of you cracking the whip like Indiana Jones! {insert Indy theme music here} :lmao:

:rotfl: Love this movie!!!

This is a really smart idea. See! You'll fit in mighty fine when/if you move to Texas. Your already thinkin like a redneck. :thumbsup2

I love that movie, too! I was recently reminded of it - our neice went into the Air Guard, finished boot camp then in school, decided to sneak off for Thanksgiving and thought she wouldn't get caught - she had to spend alot of time in her room, and doing guard duty. They let her think she wouldn't get to come home for Christmas, then she got home at the last minute - I think she learned her lesson about authority in the military! :lmao:

YEE-HAH!!! (I need a cowboy smiley here!)

ED!!!!

wow, I feel like I spotted a unicorn!

:rotfl2:

Subbing!!:surfweb: (better late than never) Miss you!

I don't poof and I have never fertilized anything in my life! :snooty: :rolleyes1

Sad when you know by experience. I have absolutely NO desire to have any repeat performances either. Much more fun being a spectator! ;)
Always more fun to spectate. :thumbsup2

OMGosh! She really learned a lesson the hard way! Wow! My husband is an Academy grad from the Air Force, so I know a little something about the military. I feel for her.

:lmao: See what happens when you can't get in here for a few days Jordan? Madness..just madness, I tell ya! I think you need to print that out and frame it for your office!

First the Peeps poster, now this?!!! Tracy! Too funny!

I am hoping there aren't any blackmail sleeping pix of me. I think I locked to door to my office. Nope, none on Facebook...yet.

I didn't have any tacos myself. I had a burrito. Pfft. oops what was that?
LOL.

Glad to hear about Wendy’s Dad!

As to the Indy poster...that's full on funny.
