I'm back. I was not the only one to answer that the guy with pink crocs was "wrong", but I had pointed it out to some people so they may have copied, I don't know.

The bags that were set down and were a target for theft was a correct answer. There was another one I had missed....someone was at an ATM with another person nearby who could get their PIN information.

For some reason, re-reading that reminded me that I have to go get my "guy wearing pink crocs is wrong" safety quiz graded. Gotta go!

Apparently, the ziploc method of packing helps some people get organized. People with lots of kids maybe? They pack one whole outfit for one whole day into one ziploc bag and label it. I have no explanation for why people wear crocs.

I get the ziploc bags for kids and would love to do them as an adult (especially when you want to get out of the hotel quickly). But, as a woman, what I wear for that day, is different from what I would have planned on wearing. Before you know it, I'd have all the ziplock bags all over the room with clothes (and other stuff) everywhere. Sort of similar to what it looks like normally.

Crocs. I love Crocs. I know, I know, what the heck is wrong with me? I used to hate them. But then I wore them (with socks, even worse) and all the pain that I used to get at Disney in my feet and knees and back, disappeared. So, I love them. Oh, and my Crocs are pink. A very light pink. But again, I'm a woman and can wear pink Crocs.


There are some really smart/funny/creative people on these boards. Those awesome titles for Fauntleroy's TR amazes me. I can't wait to see which one wins. Did we hear what the prize was for the winner?

Yeah, I know why people ziploc, I just refuse(d) to do it.l My kids would have killed me if I did that, even as little ones. They like input, darn them anyhow! It's also a lot of plastic to waste, even if you re-use them (which grosses me out so I can't do it) and seems to me your kids would have to be awfully little for a whole outfit to fit! I AM big on ziplocs for toiletries through and packing extra goodies like sugar for Jeff's coffee, coffee, stuff like that. I do bring extra's and they come in handy.

I voted! I"m so happy you've been reunited but distressed about the LGMH. So sad. YAY for colored spreadsheets. Any spreadsheet. All Spreadsheets.

I want to make a cool look up table one that changes my itinerary based on which ADR I choose and cross reference park hours, EMH and the like.

Maybe that will be my christmas break project. I'm tired of multiple tabs...

Crocs--people love them! I just can't do it. They are comfortable though. And don't feel bad, I'd wear them with socks too.

I dig the spreadsheets, just wish I could do more with them like what you said about the look up table...have no idea what you're talking about. I get it in concept, but wouldn't even know where to start.

I remember this photo... I only have my DH thinking I'm insane... you had to deal with all these folks and amazingly you got them to partake in the insanity. Kudos to you for that!! Ha ha.

Ziplocking clothes?? Why??

I must admit, I have done this before (although I don't anymore - can't afford to use that many ziplocs... ha ha)... and yes, to sort of group whole outfits together (mostly for kids, never for my clothes) and you can just pull out a bag, open it and you have a whole outfit there. I will do it still for campouts or something where DH takes DD or something - so he doesn't have to put outfits together himself... ha ha ha ha.

Delsey luggage. I like it because it's easy to find, but it gets dirty fast.

We got red luggage thinking the same thing, but then realized that many people also have red luggage. Ha ha ha.

I have no idea where my trip binder even is. Haven't seen it in months, it is probably lost in the sea of mess that is my study closet. Poor binder.

Yes - I only do/did it for kids' stuff (how big must your ziploc be to hold an adult outfit?!! ... or maybe the question is how small is your outfit that it can actually fit in a ziploc??? A whole another topic.... ) I will reuse for other outfits and/or for toiletries and stuff (not so much food items). I also bring a bunch with me on trips regularly for wet items, or spillable items that could possibly leak in the suitcase... but yeah, depending on how many outfits, you could be wasting a lot of them.

Also, with 4 of us to pack for now (DH packs himself), I try to maximize outfit configurations so I can't actually pack whole outfits separately (like I'll have one pair of jeans that go with 3 different shirts...) so then the question is "what bag do the jeans go in?" which is too much for my little brain to handle. I do still need to make sure I have the complete outfit packed though, as I have often packed something that I liked and then get there and realize I don't have the pants, shoes, socks, etc. to go with it. So I will make sure that I do at least have complete outfits before I pack something. Ha ha.

The last time I went to Home Depot they were fully stocked with Mickey Heads. This time the switcheroo was happening...I think you have time.
