Peeps 2. The Sweaty Asian Strikes Back. Pt 2. Feb '10. 2/21-Final Chapter. Link to TR

Well, I read your TR's and gotta say they were awesome. I tried to find a way to pull something from each SO...

Honeymoon Trip - The bird at TL with impecable aim.

Aniv Trip - The multitude of character tees.

Last trip - Parker's flirts

When put together,

Squirts, Shirts and Flirts - The Legend Continues.

It's not all it's cracked up to be.

I seriously want to move South. I really hate it. I had a traumatic experience driving home in the snow in late 2007 and I haven't gotten over it. I have such anxiety at this point. I used to not mind driving in the snow but it's at the point where I have to talk to myself the entire time, giving myself a pep talk.

I used to love to have snow for Christmas but now I'm thinking Palm Trees would be nice. :rolleyes1

That's one of the main reasons I live in Texas...you don't have to shovel rain.

Snow. I had to drive in icy conditions in Portland! I don't think I could ever live in it....

I just want it to snow like it did in LA or TX...snow and then melt.... I love the silence when it's snowing....

So sorry about your snow anxiety, LL. Here's a

That's one of the main reasons I live in Texas...you don't have to shovel rain.

I was in South Florida for work one Christmas. Nothing like 85 degreee weather on Christmas day. I spent the weekend driving through the Keys....I could definitely get used to that!

I went up east for law school and the first time it snowed I broke my ankle. :headache: No snow for me. Although, Biscuit, I did total my car in the rain once so I'd just as soon skip our spring floods too. (I didn't have a wreck, but apparently it is not good to drive your car through water deeper than your hood.)

Oh and Jordan...the computer is supposedly working now (I haven't tried it). Sure enough our hard drive committed suicide but the computer dude was able to get everything off of it so it was worth paying him to do it. Our own fault for not backing up our files, we will be better at that from now on! I was really worried that we had lost our honeymoon pics. So croc pic to come in the next couple of days. :thumbsup2

Flash floods are INSANE. We got caught out in a storm a couple of years ago and it was horrible. Tracy was in her car and stuck, trying to get to high ground, I was driving around trying to find her based on landmarks she was giving me, she was in tears, the girls were screaming, we couldn't get to our house, and after we finally found each other and were driving towards my moms, a second strom came in and blew my car sideways. :scared1: But other than that, the weather's lovely. :thumbsup2

Fires, earthquakes, mudslides in SoCal....

There are some funny people on this thread. I think I like GB's contribution. Rain here today too.

It's always like open mike night on this thread:thumbsup2

I like GB's as well. There are several I like.

It's tapering off as we speak with another wave set to come in late this afternoon.

GB and Jordan...Having lived in both places, I once used the natural disasters in CA and TX to blog about my daughters' opposite personalities. Bottom line - would you rather have instantaneous chaos and destruction that ends quickly or predictable chaos and destruction that lasts hours, or even days? Kinda like a "Choose Your Own Adventure". Good times.

PS, I hate that you can't comment on a closed report...I guess that's kinda the point though.

Hmmm....not great choices.;)

I know.

By the way:

You would appreciate this...

Just the other day, as part of some safety training at work we had to look at various pictures and write down all of the poor safety practices and hazards...kind of a "what's wrong with this picture" thing. One of them was taken at a Wal-Mart, and I think what they were going for was that someone had set bags down near the door, making themselves a target for theft. But I noticed that there was a guy in the picture with, I kid you not, pink crocs on. So naturally I wrote down, "the guy on the left with pink crocs on....that is wrong on so many levels!"
