Pecos Bill's Cafe Question

I ate at Pecos Bill's in 1989, and I haven't had the chance to eat there since. The food was decent back then, but a friend of mine said the food had gone downhill. Would it be worth my time to grab a burger there or go somewhere else?

Didn't hear much about it one way or the other beforehand.

Had a Dbl bacon chs burger and Taco salad to split between myself and my wife. Fixin's bar was great. I wouldn't say it was a culinary masterpiece but it was filling good food served quick which was what we wanted at MK. I would eat there again. Plus kids menu options were right on for our boys.

We ate there last summer and thought that it was great. The seating area was nice and cool. The portions were large and everything seemed fresh. No complaints. We would go back, but are trying Columbia Harbour House for luch this time I think. (Who knows, we couold end up back there anyway.)

Pecos Bill is good because of the fixins bar that is not at every CS in Disney.
Basically hamburgers are hamburgers anywhere in disney that you go. The chicken ranch salad wrap here is good, very big, very filling and can be shared on a hot day for a light lunch.

I would say do it...although my favorite CS is Columbia Harbor House, because it is cool, quiet and relaxing and not normally crowded (upstairs) so it is nice to sit there for a break mid-day. They have a lot more choices other than the standard fare found at CS.

We just ate there this past week and it was just okay food but the service was horrible. I waited in line such a long time for the food to come out after I had paid it was terrible. I saw like 4 people who ordered after me get their food before mine came out and I waited like a half hour. It was the worst service I had all week.
We also ate at Columbia Harbour House a different day at MK and had a really good meal with hot, fresh food and a normal counter service experience so I would recommend their too.
It could have just been an off day for Pecos Bills because I have heard good reviews and I think my experience was persuaded by the bad service.

We ate there last Nov. and really liked it. There were 4 of us and we all pretty much ordered different items and everyone was happy. The lines were long though but it was right around noon when we went.

We ate there in January and I thought it was good. They did not have a burger on the kids menu confused3 at a burger joint no less??) but they let DH order a regular adult CS meal from our DDP for both our girls to split. We would not hesitate to go back.

If you want a burger the fixin bar is amazing!

When in the MK and want a cheeseburger, that's where I head.
