I always looked forward to eating at Peco Bill's, but last year we went and they no longer had the lime vinegrette (sp?) for the Kit Carson chicken salad. It is NOT the same with the selections they had.!!!

Does anyone know what happened to it or even better yet what the recipe was for it.

One of the tiniest problems that I have lately with eating at WDW is that they have really limited your selection of salad dressings.

Anyone else miss it? or feel this way?

Sorry can't help you about the dressing. But I did want to comment that I agree with you about the limited kinds of dressing. Our last trip it really bother DH that there was no honey mustard dressing. I believe I had heard the reason they got rid of it was over trans fats. Could be the same reason your lime vinagrette disappeared.

I bet your right about the trans fat, but here is my view on that, ya we all need to watch how we eat but when I'm on vacation I want the good stuff. I mean come on if "letting go" on vacation means eating a non diet salad dressing on vacation then I guess I'm living on the wild side!!:lmao:

So why dont they just split it up and have a few of each for people to choose from.

It was soooo good. Ill look for it on allears, but I didnt remember seeing it there in the past. Is there a WDW address that I could ask for it?

The sad part is that I no longer want to eat at Peco Bills like I use to, and my oldest dd loved PB's, She is skinny and was so hungry one day at lunch when we went she ordered a 1/4 lb cheesburger and ate it all, she had never done that before,so everytime we go back we have to tease her about how much she ate that day.

I found a honey lime vinaigrette on allears from ohana's. wonder if it is the same? maybe I'll give it a try. But I must be crazy,as i was actually thinking for a second, well if i make it and if it is the same ill take some with me to have on my salad. Then i sat back and thought you are crazy!! you are going to make a salad dressing and fly over a 1000 miles just to put it on your salad for lunch one day!!!

I think I need help!!

but it was that good!!!

I agree about the dressing. The odd thing was they still had Ranch dressing. Is there a more unhealthy dressing than Ranch. I mean come on, Honey Mustard dressing can't be any worse than Ranch.

I can't stand this whole health police thing. I think it great that they want to make food in schools healthier and give us some more healthy options in our daily life. But when I'm on vacation I want to eat what's good. I loved that Twinkie Tiramisu at POP but they got rid of it over the trans fat deal. Yeah give us some healthy options, but let me eat some good stuff too.
