Peanut Rice at Boma

Does anyone know what nights Boma serves Peanut Rice? It is DD's favorite dish in the whole world, not just Disney World! It used to be served on Monday and Thursday, but that has changed. One time we went to Boma for DD's birthday, on a non-peanut-rice night, but I had Chef TJ's email and he made the rice specifically for DD as a birthday treat. Chef TJ, of course, is no longer at Boma (as we all know!). If anyone has any info on what nights this is served, or contact email for Boma so I can ask, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

We had it on a Wed. a couple of weeks ago. I THINK Wed & Sat are the same menu, not sure. I love that rice!
