My grandma used to make a peanut butter fudge that was awesome. I know it had marshmellow fluff in it, and it was creamy rather than grainy. Does anyone have a good recipe? I would be terribly grateful!

Thanks a bunch,

I don't know if this is what you are looking for, but I found this recipe online:

MOM'S PEANUT BUTTER MARSHMALLOW FUDGE

1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 jar marshmallow fluff
1/2 c. evaporated milk
Pinch of salt
Cook sugar, butter, milk, and salt until soft ball. Add marshmallow fluff, peanut butter and vanilla. Beat until creamy and thick. Pour into buttered dish. Found it here: http://www.cooks.com/rec/doc/0,167,146169-227200,00.html

Here's another one:

Peanut Butter Fudge with the Marshmallow Fluff

2 cups sugar
1 cup milk
1 jar peanut butter (12oz.) smooth or crunchy
1 jar marshmallow Fluff (also called creme)
1 tsp. Vanilla extract

Boil 2 cups sugar and 1 cup milk to soft ball stage. Remove from heat and
add 1 jar peanut butter, and 1 jar marshmallow fluff, add vanilla. Pour
into a buttered pan 8x8x8-inch. Let cool and cut into squares.

Have sprinkled red and green sugar on for the holidays too.

Got that one here: http://www.cdkitchen.com/recipes/recs/35/Peanut_Butter_Fudge_with_the_Marshmallow_Fluff42723.shtml

1 pkg peanutbutter chips
1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow creme
1 tsp vanilla

place sugar, butter and evaporated milk in 3 qu saucepan. bring to full rolling boil on med. heat stirring constantly. Boil about 4 minutes. Remove from heat
Add chips (I always make peanutbutter and chocolate for the chocolate fudge just use one pkg chocolate chips and 1 cup walnuts)
pour immediately into greased 9x13 pan. Cool. Cut into squares and store in airtight container.

Just a note start timing the four minutes after mixture comes to full rolling bo

I think...that I will have to try all of them. It may be that simple recipe. I have only made chocolate fantasy fudge, but it was a winner! You know I never think to just look up recipes or other things on line. I truly appreciate your help and will post the winner next week. Have an awesome holiday,

Michelle:)

I forgot when I wrote my original post but I have done the Fantasy Fudge also using white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts

I just got finished making three batches of peanut butter fudge - my grandmother's recipe. After you beat the fudge, you pour it over miniature marshmellows that you put in a buttered pan.

Here is the recipe:

1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup milk

Stir together and heat until soft ball stage. Remove from heat.

Add 2 Tablespoons of butter and 1/3 cup peanut butter
Stir until melted.

Beat until it gets stiff. Pour over miniature marshmellows in a buttered pan. Cool and eat.

My grandmother used to sent this to us from California where she lived. We lived in Illinois and could hardly wait each year to get this treat. I started making it and giving it as a gift when I got older.

Just the other day my son wanted to take a jar of peanut butter to his teacher who loves it. I suggested that I make her some fudge instead.
