Peacock Inn and Suites

Has anyone actually stayed here?

We were VERY excited about the reviews of this hotel on Tripadvisor, and the pictures look great. But, we called AND emailed asking about the 2 bedroom suites THREE weeks ago, and never heard back. When we try to call the front desk about the 2 bedroom suites, they transfer us to some other number where you leave a message. The front desk tells you they can't give you the information; what the heck??

I'm really, really disappointed by this. I was wondering if anyone had stayed there and if the in-person service is better - not that we'd find out if they never bother to return our email/call. I don't even know if I care to continue trying for information, either. Just curious..

We've stayed at the Peacock several times and have never had any problems like you are describing. Even though the hotel is not within walking distance, we love this hotel and have only had good experiences with the staff there. I'm not sure what to tell you to do but I hope that you get it figured out soon!
